1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropIQ ("the Service"), operated by Nicholas Bateman ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropIQ provides machine-learning-powered NBA player prop predictions, statistical analysis, and related tools. The Service includes a free tier with limited data visibility and a paid "Pro" tier with full access to predictions, edge sizing, bet sizing recommendations, and historical performance data.

3. Not Betting Advice

PropIQ is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a guarantee of results. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by PropIQ. We do not encourage or facilitate gambling in jurisdictions where it is illegal.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the agreed-upon interval. You may cancel at any time from your account page or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from PropIQ without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish Pro-tier data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the prediction models
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access

7. Intellectual Property

All models, algorithms, proprietary metrics, predictions, and content on PropIQ are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the data for your own purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

PropIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from bets placed based on our predictions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Picks are generated daily before tip-off but may occasionally be delayed or unavailable due to data source issues, API outages, or maintenance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
